This begins with our chemicals we use to clean-up.  All of our screens and inks are cleaned with the “enviro-line” of chemicals from Ryonet.  These products are soy and citrus-based versus the solvent-based chemicals that have dominated the screen-printing industry.

Next, we come to the inks we use to print with.  Water-based inks are generally agreed to be the industry leader in environmentally-friendly (next to using pomegranate juice and such...).  However, all inks have some chemical content, so the challenge is in reducing the environmental impact. We will integrate water-based ink when at all possible in your design.  Please contact us for special requests regarding printing techniques. We use proper disposal methods for all of our left-over ink.

When it comes to shirts, that is up to you, the customer, to choose environmentally-friendly options.  If you visit our garment gallery, you will see that we have highlighted several options for you.  Many of them are quite affordable.
